Significant abnormalities were identified in their ECG and their blood tests revealed high cholesterol levels.

Following an urgent referral to a Cardiologist, a cardiac CT scan revealed a dangerous blockage in the main artery taking blood to his heart. They were immediately admitted to hospital where an emergency procedure was performed to open the blockage and fit two stents. Our client made an excellent recovery and was grateful to Preventicum as had this blockage not been diagnosed, they had a very high risk of having a sudden, fatal heart attack.
